I’m a Japanese culture and language enthusiast who loves travel, stationery, food, and a ‘lil window-shopping. My favorite thing to do is explore and try new restaurants and cafes.

I studied abroad at Waseda University in Tokyo, Japan from 2017 to 2018. Because visiting and living in Japan come with a bit of a learning curve, I share my experiences and advice for travelers, students, and professionals interested in Japanese culture.

I received my BA in Studio Art and a minor in Japanese Language from San Francisco State University. I have lived in cities such as San Francisco, Los Angeles, Montréal, and Tokyo.

When I’m not blogging, I love to cook, play video games, and make art whenever I have time.
